How to make it

  • Heat taco meat in a pan
  • Whisk eggs and milk together
  • When eggs are halfway cooked add taco meat and cheese
  • When eggs are almost cooked throught fold omelette
  • Finished when golden brown
  • Optional: top with sour cream, advocado, and salsa
  • Enjoy!
