How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Select 4 from the list of vegetables
  • Peel and cut into large chunks.
  • Hard vegetables such as carrot can be steamed first.
  • Place into a baking dish and add the stock See Photo
  • Spinkle with rosemary
  • Place in oven for 30 minutes
  • Check on the vegetables half way through and toss them.
  • Vegetables are done when you can pierce them with a fork.
