Roast Vegetables

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Select 4 from the list of vegetables
- Peel and cut into large chunks.
- Hard vegetables such as carrot can be steamed first.
- Place into a baking dish and add the stock See Photo
- Spinkle with rosemary
- Place in oven for 30 minutes
- Check on the vegetables half way through and toss them.
- Vegetables are done when you can pierce them with a fork.
