Cornbread Cheeseburger Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 375
  • combine to packages of cornbread mixture
  • coat a 9/13 inch pan with cooking spray
  • lay the two packages of cornbread in the bottom of the pan
  • brown beef until folly cooked
  • lay beef over raw cornbread
  • combine ketchup, mustard, and mayo and lay over beef
  • add the slices of American cheese over beef
  • add any other condiment if wanted
  • combine last two packages of cornbread mixture and lay over cheese/ condiments
  • bake for 30 - 35 minutes
  • Enjoy!!!
