Lazy Daisy Cake With Broiler Icing Recipe

How to make it

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350 F
  • 2. In a small bowl measure together the flour, baking powder and salt
  • 3. In a medium bowl beat together the eggs. then add sugar and vanilla.
  • 4. Fold flour mixture into the egg mixture.
  • 4. Put milk and butter in a glass and microwave until butter melts, then add to cake mixture.
  • 5. Grease a cake pan and pour batter in
  • 6. Bake for 30 minutes
  • 7. Spread with icing while still hot and brown under broiler.
  • Icing: Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Boil on medium heat for 3 minutes. pour over cake and brown under broiler.
