How to make it

  • Dilute the liquid chicken essence or chicken buillon into the chicken broth
  • In your rice cooker , sautee the garlic until fragrant , then only you put the washed rice , followed by the chicken broth , ginger , screwpine leaves , and leave it to cook .
  • If you don't have a rice cooker , use a pot , to saute your garlic , remove from heat pour in the uncooked rice and stir for a few seconds . Insert the broth , ginger , screwpine leaves . Then cover the pot with aluminium foil . Set your oven at 200 degree celcius , for maybe 40 minutes . and cook your rice . If still undone , set for another 10 minutes or until the rice is done
