How to make it

  • Beat egg with soy sauce , sugar , white pepper , and 2 TBSP of water.
  • Heat wok/pan and fry the white part of scallion in the oil for 30 seconds.
  • Insert crab meat and cook for a while , then pour in the egg mixture .
  • Fry until the egg , until it is yellowish on the bottom part ,flip the egg , then part the egg into 4 sections .
  • Transfer the egg on to a plate . Drizzle the oyster sauce , all over the egg , and decorate the side of the plate with the green part of the scallion.
