How to make it

  • Clean the fish , drain , and pat it dry
  • Slash the fish diagonally , on both sides .
  • Drain the mushroom , and squeeze until the water runs out. Remove the stem , and slice the mushroom thinly .
  • Place the fish on a plate , scatter the the vegetables and ginger . Drizzle the sesame oil and soy sauce .
  • Place the plate , in the steamer , carefully . Place the steamer top closely , and steam the fish for about 12 minutes or until the fish is cooked .
