How to make it

  • Wash and clean the greens . Separate the stem from the leaf , cut them together into small pieces.(The size like you usually see in the Chinese restaurant). Blanch the greens , for 1 minute , then drain.
  • Remove the mushroom stem ,boil until soft , then squeeze the water out.
  • Heat the wok , with medium heat. Pour in the oil , and throw in the dried shrimps and stir until you can smell , the dried shrimp aroma .
  • Then add in the greens and mushroom , stir until the vegetables and oil is well incorporated .
  • Seconds before turning off the heat , add the oyster sauce and mix well . Season with some salt if necessary .
  • Dish out , garnish the vegetable with red chillies
