Crab Soup And Corn

- 2 cups cream corn ( can be purchased in can form) shopping list
- 100 g crab meat (you can use more! be generous) shopping list
- 1 stalk of scallion (use the white part) shopping list
- 3 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 TSP chicken bouillon powder / chicken stock powder shopping list
- 3 TBSP corn starch ( Dilute with 2 tablespoon of hot water) shopping list
- 1 1/2 TBSP light soy sauce shopping list
- 2 TBSP the leaf part of the scallion , finely sliced (for garnishing purpose) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the corn in the food processor , until it is fine .
- Mix the corn , crab meat and the white part of the scallion in a pot .
- Add water , chicken stock powder , and corn starch liquid .
- Bring it to boil , when the soup begins to simmer , reduce heat to slow , and stir the soup until it thickens .
- Add in soy sauce , and continue stirring before serving . Add the green scallion leaves on top of the soup , for garnishing purpose.
