Fake Em Out Italian Sausage

I ran out of Italian Sausage for pizza one day and decided the spices were basically pepper, chili pepper flakes and fennel, so I made it myself without the extra fat. Taste great.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 tsp chili pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp fennel seed shopping list
How to make it
- Just mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and cook as you would any other italian sausage. This is very nice.
