Peanut Butter Pie

One of my favorite desserts. Even though it is called peanut butter pie, it has just a hint of PB - enough to be tasty, but not too much.
Ingredients
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 4 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 8 oz Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 oreo pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, cream cheese and milk with an elecrtic mixer.
- Fold in the cool whip with a wooden spoon.
- Put mixture in the oreo pie crust and freeze for 3-4 hours.
