How to make it

  • mix eggs, salt and sugar

  • mix all
  • continue adding flour and milk
  • mix slowly until all ingredients are melted and in batter
  • heat the pan
  • add a few drops of oil
  • take a scoop of batter and pour on pan
  • turn pan around so that all batter cover pan
  • continue to round around so that the batter covers pan in thin layer
  • turn around quickly and as a drop of oil if necessary
