Thin Pancakes With Ice-cream

Its very tasty to eat pancakes with ice-cream, when the pancakes are ready, add the ice-cream on pancake and roll it:)
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups of milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- a bit of salt shopping list
- plain flour - as necessary.. shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- mix eggs, salt and sugar
- add a bit of flour and milk
- mix all
- continue adding flour and milk
- mix slowly until all ingredients are melted and in batter
- heat the pan
- add a few drops of oil
- take a scoop of batter and pour on pan
- turn pan around so that all batter cover pan
- continue to round around so that the batter covers pan in thin layer
- turn around quickly and as a drop of oil if necessary
