Smokey Pulled Pork

- 1 can beef broth shopping list
- 4-5 pound pork tenderloin (or any cut) shopping list
- Your favourite bbq sauce ( I prefer a smokey one) shopping list
- salt/pepper and garlic and onion (powder) and cayenne pepper \seasoning salt rub over roast - about one tsp of each shopping list
How to make it
- Take the roast and rub spices over it Pour beef broth over and cover
- Cook for 6-8 hours at 275 celsius , leave liquid (meat will soak it up...discard if too much)
- shred pork with 2 forks add your favourite bbq sauce
- serve on toasted buns
