How to make it

  • cut leek into thin slices
  • cut onion into small cubes
  • add to the wok and fry until they start to get soft - 5min
  • add hot water
  • add chick peas and chopped tomatoes,
  • add before boiled green peas
  • stir ocasionally
  • add chilli powder, black peppers
  • you can add lemon peppers instead of back pepers
