Kidney Beans With Feta Cheese

- 1 1/2 cups of kidney beans ( soaked overnight) shopping list
- 1 medium onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1 medium tomatoe roughly chopped shopping list
- 1 pack of tomato puree shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- salt n pepper to taste shopping list
- a pinch of oregano shopping list
- 2 tbsp cooking oil ( cookingoil) shopping list
- 3 table spoon of olive oil shopping list
- a dash of lemon juice shopping list
- parsely leaves to garnish shopping list
- feta cheese or any white cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Pressure cook kidney beans for 10 min with 2 cups of water or boil it for 10 mins... reserve 1/3 cup of its water
- Now saute the onion n garlic together and then add the boil kidney beans along with 1/3 cup of its water mix well add tomatoe puree n fresh tomatoes mix well add salt pepper oregano cook for another 15 min ... to make sure a bean press it a fork n if smashed well its ready to serve
- Garnish with parsely leaves n before serving drizzle olive oil on it with some lemon juice .... serve with fresh bread n feta cheese or any white cheese....

- Tip : u can add various vegetables like carrots / potatoes/ leek
