How to make it

  • Take the chili pods break at stem,remove seeds,Then wash & pot into a soup pot to boil until tender w/salt & little garlic.Take the cubed beef & cut to bite size,wash throughly. Take the red chili pods out of the water & put into blender with garlic,& salt.Blend .Then take a portion of the chili water & put into a container.Throw the rest, clean pot & add water & put cubed beef stew into pot & boil with water,with a little salt & garlic.rain excess fat out of the water, when meat is done ,only half the water should be left in beef pot for stock cooking add remainder of chili water, & put flame on simmer.Then on a fry pan take some oil & flour and make a brown gravy.(OR) take a 8 once glass add water & 2 tablespoon of corn starch & stir add the gravy or corn starch to the stock & beef. Stir constantly, add red blended chili pods and stir until done. Serve in serving bowl with refried beans, Spanish rice,salad & tortillas corn/white my fave is white tortillas with this one.
