Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 TBS cocoa shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups coconut shopping list
- 1 tsp coconut flavoring shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups nuts shopping list
- 1 jar marshmallow creme shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 1 lb powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter, sugar, cocoa, add eggs and flavoring, stir in flour. Beat all together. Add coconut and nuts and spread in a 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and spread on the marshmallow creme.
- Icing: Mix ingredients together then spread on the cake.
