  • 4 steps to chicken soup
  • 1. Preheat oven at 220C. Season and drizzle oil on all vegetables and meat. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • 3. Fry garlic, chili, red pepper, onion and celery in olive oil.
  • 4. Add water and all other ingredients into the pan. You may also want to add extra salt, according to taste. Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat and then it's ready to eat.
  • This is a great low fat snack, or serve with rice, pasta or noodles for a tasty meal.
