Seafood Chowder

- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese shopping list
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 (26 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chopped red potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup clam juice shopping list
- 1/2 pound shrimp shopping list
- 1/2 pound bay scallops shopping list
- 1/2 pound haddock (sub. cod or halibut if you wish) shopping list
- 1 (10 ounce) can baby clams, drained shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Place 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese, and garlic in a large pot over low heat. Cook and stir until blended. Mix in soup, green onions, celery, potatoes, clam juice and remaining milk. Season with black pepper and cayenne pepper. Simmer 25 minutes. Do not boil.
- 2. Mix the shrimp, scallops, chopped haddock, and clams, and continue cooking 10 minutes, or until seafood is opaque.
