Warm Berry Beef Spinach Salad

Lots of my favorite flavor getting together for lunch. The spiciness from the jalapeno and peppery bit of the wilted arugula add all the seasoning you could hope for with this dinner salad. I love coming across the cool surprise of fresh Florida strawberry as I munch along. Read more Fixed this for my lunch but you could double it if you have a friend. See less
Ingredients
- 2 oz Deluxe roast beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup onions, Green shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper shopping list
- 2 cups Fresh baby spinach shopping list
- 1/2 cup arugula, Raw shopping list
- 3 medium strawberries shopping list
- 1 oz Belgioioso Asiago shopping list
- 1 tbsp margarine shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and jalapeno in the margarine. Add the roast beef to warm up near the end of the saute. Then toss in the arugula to wilt.
- Put all that stuff on top of the bed of spinach and top with the sweet strawberry treat. Grind the black pepper on the strawberry and dust with the shredded Asiago cheese.
- I'm entirely likely to dress this with some of my Creamy Ginger Dressing.
