Cider Baked Ribs

- 6 lb pork ribs shopping list
- 2 c apple cider or juice shopping list
- 1/2 c Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 c liquid honey shopping list
- 1/4 c lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 dash(es) hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 4 golden delicious apples shopping list
How to make it
- Cut ribs into 3 rib pieces, trimming off fat.
- Place in a roasting pan or broiler pan. Combine 1/4 cup of the cider, mustard, honey, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
- Brush half of this over the ribs. Place the half of the apple cider into the pan. Peel the apples and cut into wedges. Arrange around ribs and baste.
- Bake in 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours basting occasionally with remaining mustard mixture, turning once and adding remaining apple cider as it evaporates. Seal pan with foil and bake another 20 mins. Serve with roast potatoes and salad.
- I could eat ribs a lot more than I do but my DH does not like pork much....I have 5 pounds I am saving for this recipe....soon...very soon....he can have the salad!!LOL
