How to make it

  • Thinly slice then dice the pork.
  • Dice the celery, onion, jalapeno, tomatoe and chop the cilantro.
  • Mix the mayonnaise with the horse radish, salt, pepper and cumin.
  • Combine all the ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours.
