"refried" Beans Without The Refry

- 1 15.5 oz can black beans or pinto beans shopping list
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (or more for spicy hot) shopping list
- water* shopping list
How to make it
- Drain beans and rinse well.
- Place beans into blender, blending on high speed.
- Add a little water just enough for blender to make paste.
- Thourghly blend.
- Transfer beans to sauce pan.
- Add taco seasoning and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring-do not leave stove or it will burn!
- Turn off heat and serve!
