How to make it

  • Cut apples in half and core. Place apples in a 9x13 in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spray apples with spray. Mix brown sugar and pie spice together and sprinkle on top of apples. Add H2o to the pan and tightly cover with aluminium foil and bake for 25 min or til knife inserted into apple is tender.
  • Top with chopped nuts of your choice and serve with ice cream or whipping cream.
