- 1 Cup almond milk shopping list
How to make it
- Refrigerate all ingredients 1 hour before making the smoothie for cooler, fresher results ♥
- (to turn this into a super smoothie for those wanting to build muscle, add 2 tbsp of almond meal and 1 tsp of sunflower seeds and blend it until smooth. This may make you gain weight as well)
