How to make it

  • Refrigerate Cantaloupe, Kiwi, Dragon-fruit for 1-2 hours before
  • Cut the Cantaloupe in half and clean it
  • peel the kiwi and cut into rings
  • peel and cut the banana in rings
  • Cut Medjool dates in half
  • Arrange as in the photo or as you wish. (I did one kiwi ring, then one banana ring and repeat)
  • Decorate with dates on the sides, 6 almonds on top, and a tbs of almond flower sprinkled on top.
  • Cut the dragonfruit in half
  • Serve and enjoy the sweetness of early summer ♥ and have nothing to clean up after :)
  • This is very filling though doesn't make you feel bloated ♥
