How to make it

  • 1 Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • 2 Mix all the dry ingredients and half the seeds in a large bowl.
  • 3 Stir yoghurt, milk and oil through dry ingredients, making sure it’s well mixed.
  • 4 Spoon batter into a greased 30cm loaf pan and level surface of dough.
  • 5 Scatter over remaining seeds and bake for 1 hour or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
  • Cool before slicing.
  • Serve with butter and jam.
