No-knead Seed Loaf

- 4 cups nutty wheat shopping list
- 1 cup oats shopping list
- 1 cup organic bran shopping list
- 80 grams crushed wheat, (optional) shopping list
- 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 60 ml sunflower seeds shopping list
- 60 ml sesame seeds shopping list
- 60 ml poppy seeds shopping list
- 60 ml linseeds shopping list
- 2 cups plain yoghurt shopping list
- 310 ml milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil, or avocado shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Preheat oven to 180°C.
- 2 Mix all the dry ingredients and half the seeds in a large bowl.
- 3 Stir yoghurt, milk and oil through dry ingredients, making sure it’s well mixed.
- 4 Spoon batter into a greased 30cm loaf pan and level surface of dough.
- 5 Scatter over remaining seeds and bake for 1 hour or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
- Serve with butter and jam.
