How to make it

  • Defrost spinach and drain well or press between paper towels.
  • Spread in an 8 inch glass pan.
  • Blend cream cheese, milk, Monterey Jack,1/4 C Parmesan, salt and garlic salt.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Spread half the sauce over spinach, then all the chicken, then the other half of the sauce, then the rest of the Parmesan and the cornflakes.
  • Microwave for 6 minutes.
