This is sure to be a hit with the kids, incorporating spinach (which you can't taste), pasta, chicken, and different flavors of cheese.

Ingredients
  • 10 oz. frozen spinach
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C grated Monterey Jack
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
  • 2 C chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 C crushed cornflakes to top with

Directions
  1. Defrost spinach and drain well or press between paper towels.
  2. Spread in an 8 inch glass pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese, milk, Monterey Jack,1/4 C Parmesan, salt and garlic salt.
  4. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  5. Spread half the sauce over spinach, then all the chicken, then the other half of the sauce, then the rest of the Parmesan and the cornflakes.
  6. Microwave for 6 minutes.
