Muhammara – Turkish Walnut Pomegranate Dip

- 1 cup walnuts, toasted (pecans can be used) shopping list
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses shopping list
- 2 large roasted red peppers shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- ¼ cup olive oil shopping list
- ¼ cup dried bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin powder shopping list
- 1 tsp chili flakes shopping list
- 3 oz sun dried tomatoes in oil shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Put the toasted walnuts and all other ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth dip.
- If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a few tablespoons of water to the blender.
- Serve with warm pita bread or vegetables.
