How to make it

  • Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cold fruit juices.
  • Add crushed pineapple and grated carrot to the Jello when slightly thick. (Place the bowl in another bowl filled with ice cubes to quicken the process.)
  • Transfer to mold or serving bowl and chill at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
