Chicken Casserole

- bread with crust removed shopping list
- 3 or 4 cups chicken (white meat) cubed shopping list
- 4 oz can mushrooms drained shopping list
- 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- ½ cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 oz chopped pimento shopping list
- slices of American cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix and dot with butter. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Layer bread, chicken, mushrooms and water chestnuts in a 9 x 13 pan
- Mix together: mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, mayonnaise and pimento. Pour over chicken and top with slices of American cheese
- Beat eggs and milk and pour over everything and refridgerate overnight.
- Bake 350 (325 for glass) For 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix and dot with butter.
- Bake another 15 minutes
