How to make it

  • Melt the butter in the microwave, then add:milk, sugar, and the salt to the yeast liquid and stir.
  • add 2 cups flour and mix..
  • gradually add 1/4 a cup of remaing flour at a time...
  • knead the dough on a clean floured surface 10 minutes
  • let dough rest for about 10 minutes..
  • meanwhile preheat overn to 400*
  • after your dough has been resting 10 minutes.. roll it out with a rolling pin (rectagle shape)
  • roll the dough , ( it should look like, the shape of a rolling pin.) and make sure it is the size of your bread dish.
  • Tuck the end of the roll under itself
  • spray non stick cooking spray into your dish.
  • set the dough in , seam and ends in the bottom,
  • cook at 400 for about 30 minutes..
  • you can use actuve dry yeast, but it will take a couple hours longer, the yeast will have to activate, and the dough will have to rest about an hour..
