How to make it

  • Combine shrimp, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, Bone Suckin' Salsa and jalapenos in a large bowl. Add lime juice, sea salt, pepper and cilantro. Stir gently. Refrigerate and before, serving, add the avocado and serve.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips. Serves 12.
