How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450* F.
  • Place ground beef, meatloaf seasoning and ¾ cup JMCS BBQ Sauce into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Place enough foil paper on cookie sheet to fully surround the size of the loaf you’re making.
  • Place beef in center of foil paper in the shape of a bread loaf (some prefer to use a bread pan to bake in but I found than my way allows for the loaf to completely cook and retain moisture) and make a small divot with your hand down the center from end to end and pour the remaining ¼ cup of BBQ sauce into it.
  • Fold up the sides then fold the top down.
  • Place the enclosed Jerk Loaf on the cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes, check the center temperature, it is recommended that it be 160* F.
