Coleslaw With Strawberries

I got this recipe from Woman's Day. Is this a pretty salad or what? And it tastes as good as it looks! If you are wanting to fix the day ahead to let the slaw marinate (I suggest you do) Add the strawberries the day you are serving, as they will bleed into the salad if left there overnight I think it would be perfect for a picnic!
Ingredients
- 8 oz lemon lowfat yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 c light mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 16 oz coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1 pt strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced shopping list
- 3/4 c thinly sliced scallions shopping list
- 1/2 c raisins shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Add coleslaw mix, strawberries, scallions and raisins. Toss to mix and coat.
