How to make it

  • Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges--I usually get six wedges from one potato unless it's really small--you don't want them too thick or too thin.
  • Coat the potatoes in the olive oil--I don't measure, I just pour a bit on, mix, and add more if necessary to coat them.
  • Add the seasoning salt.
  • Place tin foil on the grill and spray it with cooking spray
  • On medium heat, grill the potatoes, flipping them after a few minutes, until each side is a nice golden brown--they still taste good if they get a little dark, they'll almost look burnt, but they taste delicious!
