- 1 can(s) sliced beets, drain but save juice shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 c cider vinegar shopping list
- dash salt and pepper shopping list
- reserved beet juice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sugar & cornstarch in a medium-sized saucepan. Add vinegar, salt, pepper & beet juice. Cook on medium-low heat until thickened. Carefully stir in beets to heat through.
