- 1 TEASPOON OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING FOR INDIVIDUAL RECIPE. TO MAKE BULK JUST USE EQUAL PORTIONS OF EACH. STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER. WHEN READY TO USE, SHAKE WELL, THEN ADD 7 TEASPOONS TO YOUR chili. ** . shopping list

- black pepper shopping list
- red pepper, ground shopping list
- oregano shopping list
- cumin shopping list
- salt shopping list
- chili shopping list
- 3 lb lean hamburger shopping list
- 1- 28 oz can(s) diced tomato shopping list
- 1- 28 oz can(s) crushed tomato shopping list
- 2- 15 oz can(s) tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1-2 medium onions, diced* shopping list
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and diced (can use whatever color you like* shopping list
How to make it

- Mix seasonings together.

- In a large pot, brown ground beef, until no pink is left. Place in a colander and rinse with hot water to remove excess fat. Return to pot

- Add seasoning mix and all other ingredients except corn and beans if using. Simmer for 2 hours.

- Add beans and corn during last 20 minutes of cooking, if using

- OPTIONAL: You can add 2 16 oz cans of corn drained, and/or 2 16 oz cans of black beans, drained. Reduce amount of ground beef if desired. You can also substitute ground turkey.

- * I use frozen chopped onion and bell pepper mix if I am in a hurry.

- ** If you are watching your sodium intake omit the salt and add 6 teaspoons of seasoning mix when making chili.
