How to make it

  • Place in a bowl, sifted flour, granola, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt. Make a well in center and put the oil, grated apples, apple chips and chopped egg, mix to incorporate all ingredients. Grease a cookie sheet and take lots with a spoon dropping them at the source, flatten a little with the spoon, garnish with shelled groundnuts. Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
