Broccoli-bacon Salad

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream shopping list
- 2 t cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 t sugar shopping list
- 4 cups finely chopped broccoli crowns shopping list
- 1 8 ounce can slice water chestnuts, rinsed and chopped shopping list
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled shopping list
- 3 T dried cranberries shopping list
- Freshly ground pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add broccoli, water chestnuts, bacon, cranberries and pepper; stir to coat with the dressing.
