How to make it

  • 1. Cook the coconut milk with pandan and salt until it shimmers.
  • 2. Mix the tapioka and rice flour. Pour the warm coconut milk and mix them well.
  • 3. Process the plantain in a blender. Take it out and mix it with sugar and the custard mix.
  • 4. Pour it to a oil coated pan (or muffin pan for individual custard) and steam them for 20 minutes and add the cut plantain on top for decoration. steam again for 5 minutes until the plantain change color.
  • Cool it off. And serve.
