How to make it

  • Boil your egss as you would normally do. Meanwhile,in food processor,combine cottage cheese,mayonnaise,mustard,vinegar and horseradish. Puree till smooth. Set aside
  • Peel eggs,keep intact..Slice egss in half lengthwise. Retain egg whites. Discard half of yolks.
  • In med. bowl,mash remaining yolks. Add pureed dressing mixture and relish. Stir to combine,then season with salt and pepper.. Fill the well of eggs with mixture. Garnish the tops with a little sprinkle of smoked paprika and some chopped chives.
