Creamy Chicken And Rice

- 4-6 chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream (regular or light) shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooking wine (any white wine will do. To make it a bit more exotic, use plum wine) shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- rice shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- in a large mixing bowl, mix soup, sour cream and wine until blended.
- place chicken in glass baking pan
- spread sauce over chicken, completely covering the chicken breasts
- sprinkle with paprika
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour
- Serve over rice
