How to make it

  • First, you chop all the vegetables and the chorizo and put them to the side. Then, you fry up the onion in butter. Next, add in olive oil and put all the vegetables in the pan with the onions. Let the vegetables cook for 10 minutes. Put the chorizo, tomato sauce, and canned tomatoes in the pan. Finally, put all the spices and mix them in the sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes. Mix it with cooked pasta or spaghetti. Enjoy!!!!
