Raspberry Custard Pie

- 2 baked pie crusts shopping list
- 2 pkg Jello cook&serve custard shopping list
- 3 egg yolks, well beaten shopping list
- 3 1/2 C whole milk shopping list
- 2 pints fresh raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Use homemade crusts or buy frozen ones & bake according to directions. When pie shells are finished baking, turn off the oven, line each with a layer of raspberries & set back in the cooling oven.
- Beat egg yolks & add to milk in a medium sauce pan
- Add pudding mix to milk & cook, stirring constantly to a rolling boil.
- Let cool slightly (about 15 min.), stirring frequently.
- Spoon custard over berries in pie shells until shells are full.
- Let custard set until firm.
- Make lots.
