How to make it

  • First make the corn bread, usually you can buy the prepared mix in a pouch all you do is add 2 tablespoons of sugar per pouch or box, if your mix calls for eggs, & milk do so at this time, dont forget to add sugar, stir & grease lightly your pans ,Bake at instructions temp, for their called amount of time. Let cool after it is done (Usually I make the corn bread the night before & frig overnight. Take one large stock pot or large bowl & tear pieces of bread from a whole loaf & put into pot or bowl .Then shred corn bread & mix with bread, Take 1 or 2 onions however much you like & dice.take & drain watercress-nut dice the can of watercress nut into half's. Dice the 2 or 3 celery stalks. Mix all three diced,onion,watercress-nut . In a large pan add a stick of butter or that much butter into pan & add veggies, saute, with a little pepper,2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning. stir & simmer for about 5-7 minutes pot mixture of butter & veggies into pot or bowl ,Stir .Then add chicken booth little by little until you have a consisting of stuffing & can be stuffed into a turkey or chicken if you have leftovers into bread loaf & tin foil cover to bake. Bake Turkey or chicken by package weight & temp for stuffed bird. Use the Giblets to make dressing this usually needs to be done [prior to cooking bird gives the allotted amount of time.} just keep adding water to giblets until done. shred giblet meat & throw bones. add shredded giblet meat to turkey or chicken giblet broth & a little garlic,salt & pepper, stir gradually add a mixture of corn starch & cold water mixed until the simmering effect reaches a consistency of gravy, add turkey juices about a half a cup to giblet dressing & stir & simmer until gravy/dressing is done.Serve in a gravy bowl or a bowl with ladle .Serve over Turkey/or chicken meat & stuffing & or mash potatoes..
