How to make it

  • pound the beef using the back of the knife to make it tender
  • saute garlic and onion
  • add beef then add a pinch of salt and pepper
  • add some soy sauce, add water
  • mix well
  • let it simmer and leave it for about 30 - 40 minutes
  • wait until it is cooked
  • remove from heat
  • add calamansi

    It's was good coming from a Mexican and Filipino family, It was more of the Mexican food I made then Filipino food. It came out good.
