Chili Soup

A wonderful alternative to chili. My good friend Ramona shared this recipe with me and I have made it coutnless times with great results.
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 can tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 2 cans rotel diced tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cans water shopping list
- 2 cans shoepeg corn; drained shopping list
- 1 can black beans shopping list
- 1 can water shopping list
- 1 can red kidney beans shopping list
- 1 can water shopping list
- 1 onion; diced shopping list
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 package ranch dressing mix dry; NOT dip shopping list
- 1 24-oz jar of salsa shopping list
- 1 package cheddar cheese; shredded shopping list
- 1 package mozzarella cheese; shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef; drain.
- Mix onion & margarine with meat; saute.
- Mix all ingredients (except cheese) in large boiler cook on medium heat to boil.
- Turn to medium/low heat; cover and cook 2 hours.
- Put cheese on individual servings.
