Date (& Graham Cracker) Smoothie

- 5 dried dates (pitted and soaked in milk overnight) shopping list
- 1 graham cracker (crushed into crumbs) shopping list
- 1 c. plain Greek yogurt (or plain normal yogurt) shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1 tsp honey or vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 pinch nutmeg shopping list
- 2 c. ice shopping list
- Sprinkle of nutmeg for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- To cut the richness of the smoothie, do not add the graham cracker crumbs to the blender. Put the crumbs and nutmeg garnish together on a small plate, wet the rims of 2 tall glasses with milk, and just dip the rims in the crumb mixture instead.
