Peaches, Basil And Red Onion Salad

Summer fresh salad that can be thrown together in no time at all - this easy and different salad always gets rave reviews from our guests and I've given out this adapted recipe for a couple of years now. Ingredients
- 3 Sweet peaches (white or yellow) shopping list
- 1/4 red onion shopping list
- 1/3 Cup fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 1 Large lemon - juice from half shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Course sea salt (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Wash fuzz off of peaches
- Slice into 1/2" thick wedges
- Slice the red onion very thin and toss peaches with basil, lemon juice, and ground pepper
- Drizzle olive oil over and serve.
